Editors & Cool Stuff

Here's a list of the most used HTML editors. Wondering which one is the best ? I haven't tried all of them, so I can't tell. In my part I can say that I'm using Hot Dog Pro which is a good one.

To make a cool, goodlooking page you obviosly need backgrounds, icons, images, bars, dots, bullets,ecc.,ecc.
